If you’re trying to upload a model to our marketplace but can’t, the most common reason is that your payment agreement hasn't been completed or fully verified.
Only sellers who have completed and verified their payment agreement are allowed to upload models. This is a security and compliance measure to ensure that all transactions are handled correctly and safely.
What Should I Do?
To fix this, make sure you:
Fill in the payment agreement completely
Verify your payment details
Wait for confirmation that the agreement is fully verified
You’ll know your payment agreement is fully verified when the 'Transfer Funds' page appears in your Hyperwallet Pay Portal. If you can transfer funds, you should also be able to upload models.
