Payment agreement. What is it and how to fill it in?

In order to be eligible for royalty payments, designers on CGTrader are required to submit their personal or business information on their payment agreements.

All this information is necessary for us to calculate the applicable taxes, to facilitate the transactions as well as to keep track of the rights obtained to the designs.

How to submit a payment agreement as a person:

You have to provide the following information:

  1. Name and surname.
  2. Date of birth - you must be over 18 years old to sign the payment agreement; date format YYYY-MM-DD. 
  3. Identification Number - it is a number of any government-issued document such as passport, ID, driver's license, etc. or your national identification number.
  4. VAT - this field is optional. 
  5. Country, city, street address/ZIP code - use the address of your current residence. 
  6. Attach a photo or a scan of your ID, passport, or driver's license. 
  7. Choose Payment method: PayPal, Payoneer or Wire transfer.

How to submit a payment agreement as a company:

You have to provide the following information:

  1. Company name.
  2. VAT Identifier - this field is mandatory mostly for EU companies, the number must be valid (verify the validity at the EU's official VIES website).
  3. Company code - a company registration number which can be found on the company's certificate of incorporation. 
  4. Country, city, street address/ZIP code.
  5. Attach a copy of your business certificate, VAT ID or any other business existence proof document. 
  6. Choose Payment method: PayPal or Payoneer.

You can receive royalty payments only if your payment agreement is verified. Submitted payment agreements are being reviewed within 1-2 weeks.
