What should I do if the designer is unresponsive?

Please allow some time for the designer to respond, some designers are busy and do not check messages often. If the designer is not responding for few days or more, please contact our Support (by clicking Help button on the right side of the page or by email: support@cgtrader.com) and provide us with the project name/ID and describe what is the issue you are having, we will do our best to help you out.
