Withholding tax applies to the following earnings types:
- Earnings from Subscriptions, as described in the Seller Earnings and Payout Schedule
- Earnings from Custom Enterprise Deals, as described in the Seller Earnings and Payout Schedule
Withholding tax does not apply to earnings from individual 3D model sales on the Site or earnings from 3D Projects. Those earnings may be subject to separate tax obligations in the Seller's country of residence, for which the Seller is solely responsible.
