Reasons might be various and several at the same time. The most common reasons are:
Unverified payment agreement
Always make sure that you filled in all the required information and provided specified documents. If everything is correct, you will see the following Verified ribbon on your Payment agreement page:
No sales in a previous month(s)
Collected royalties for that month are paid until the 20th day of the following month. If you did not have any sales in the previous month(s), there will be no royalties to pay.
Payment was declined by Paypal
There are several error messages we usually receive while trying to make royalty payments:
- Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country
- Receiving limit exceeded
- Receiver's account is locked or inactive
Since none of these issues can be resolved by CGTrader, always make sure that your Paypal account is able to receive international payments and/or is set up correctly.
The payment was declined by Webmoney
The most popular error message via Webmoney is "Funds limit for the recipient’s purses has been exceeded". Always make sure that you have extended your purse's limits.
Payoneer account is not linked with the Payment agreement
Please make sure that your Payoneer account was successfully linked with the Payment agreement on CGTrader. Once linked, you will see the following message:
