What should I do if I want a refund?

Please contact Support team (by clicking Help button on the right side of the page or by email: support@cgtrader.com) and provide us with the following information:

- Order/Invoice ID and product name
- The problem encountered (including screenshots)
- Software and its version used
- File format used

 

After receiving a refund request, CGTrader commits to process the request within 3 business days. In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
